We manufacture and supply CTFA/INCI defined substances, chemicals and raw materials for the cosmetic and personal care industry.
Functional free flowing powders :
-Soft Ultra-Fine Nylon 12 powder - spherical form, average particle size 10 microns, pH6-7
-Soft Ultra-Fine Hexagaonal Boron Nitride - average particle size 9 microns, pH 6-7
-Composite powders with Nylon 12 and Boron nitride - average particle size 10 microns, pH6-7
Emollients& Moisturisers (liquids) :
- Isoeicosane
- Isododecane
- Isohexadecane
- Hydrogenated polydecene ( several viscosities to suit specific needs)
- Hydrogenated polyisobutene ( several viscosities to suit specific needs)
All the above substances can be supplied as clear transparent emollient gels upon request.
Solubilisers & Micro-emulsifiers (nano-droplet formation and nano-dispersion) :
- We supply a combined micro-emulsifier and solubiliser with high solubility and penetrating power, formulated to produce stable transparent micro-emulsions and water based alcohol free perfumes. It is effective at low concentrations and can be used as s solubiliser for a wide range of hydrophobes, perfume concentrates, mineral and vegetable oils for both o/w and w/o emulsions and shampoos etc..
Cold-Processing & Auto-Emulsifying Stacking Polymer (easy to use) :
- This is a high molecular and high density polymer base - it probably constitutes the most simple method for formulating creams, emulsions and lotions. The term stacking is appropriate, as each ingredient (oil, perfume, vitamins etc..) are stacked, one after the other and finally mixed with cold water to instantly create highly stable cosmetic emulsions and creams etc...
Glacial Sand Filitered Alpine Water :
-This is pure pristine water from the French/Swiss alps combined with a broad spectrum preservative and solubiliser ready to receive additional ingredients for all waterbased cosmetic
formulations.
Broad Spectrum Preservative & Microemulsifier-Solubiliser
- We offer a composite solution of cosmetic presevatives with a microemulsifier-solubiliser base, where the presevatives are pre-dispersed and solubilised in a powerful and efficient micro-emulsifier and solubiliser. This base eliminates preliminary and tedious preparations and allows quick, efficient and contamination free production.
